Charles was looking around the bands to find some RTTY to decode. No RTTY on the Amateur Bands was found that day as there never.

seems to be any except when there is a contest, so he went looking for a RTTY Weather station.

He found one on 10.104.14 LSB which he was able to decode using MMTTY using the following data.

Mark 2125 Shift 425 with the reverse button activated.
